Now, while ' may still be close to a year away from hitting theaters, with three other -based projects set to arrive before it does, that hasn't yet dampened the general air of enthusiasm that currently surrounds the project. After all, to fans of the comic books, the Black Panther is one of 's most iconic heroes, and with all signs surrounding his solo movie looking good (and his appearance in Captain America: Civil War boding extremely well) that leaves a whole lot to get over-excited about.

Which, of course, makes it all the more intriguing that:

The only problem, of course, being that the image in question (above), recently unveiled by Disney's Korea office, isn't actually all that exciting.

Intriguing, sure, with its distant look at the Panther clinging to the top of a car. Potentially important, absolutely, seeing as it appears to be part of a substantial car chase sequence that was filmed in Busan, South Korea. Exciting, though? Sadly, not so much.

But, then again, with close to a year to go before Black Panther hits theaters, and a whole lot of other Marvel projects on their way in the meantime, that's really not all that surprising. And, with as potentially creatively distinctive a film as Black Panther, it may even be a good thing. After all, as T'Challa would be the first to tell you, mystery can be an incredibly effective weapon, especially in a world filled with confident, visually strident heroes like Iron Man and Captain America.

What do you think, though? Are you super-excited for the arrival of Black Panther next year? Let us know below!
