might be 47, but that hasn't stopped him kicking some ass in the gym. Grillo, who will play the villainous Crossbones in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, has been taking part in a rigorous training program which includes 2000 crunches daily. I also do 2000 crunches a day, but my crunches involve potato chips. He tweeted the results below:
