When you think of Game of Thrones, what do you think of? Dragons, lords, battles, boobs. All the stuff that takes place south of The Wall. But the thing which really makes George R.R. Martin's Song of Ice and Fire book series great is the role of the Wildlings.

Although they all seem to be ignored by the people of Westeros (with the exception of the Night's Watch) they are actually central to the entire series and represent one of the most important elements of the tale. While the lords in the sunny south are squabbling over an iron seat, the mass of people north of the Wall are making some pretty fundamental decisions, no matter who becomes King of the Seven Kingdoms. HBO has just released a very interesting video detailing the lives and history of the Wildlings. Check it out:

Do you want the Wildlings to get more screen time in Season 3 of Game of Thrones?
