Despite having a whole seven days to recover, we're still not over the sheer awesomeness of last week's episode of Game Of Thrones. "The Spoils of War," the fourth episode of Season 7, featured some of the biggest moments yet as Daenerys headed into battle to exact some revenge and the internet went crazy. But would you believe me if I told you that "Eastwatch," the fifth episode of Season 7, was even bonkers and features even more jaw-dropped moments that quite nearly sent the Internet up in a blaze of Wildfire? Yeah, it happened.

Note: this post contains heavy spoilers for Game of Thrones Season 7, Episode 5.

Tonight's episode was full of shocking moments including Dany delivering her spine chilling ultimatum to the Lannister soldiers and Jon Snow meeting Drogon for the first time. As expected, the fans were loving every second of it.

Gendry Is Back

Of course, the biggest moment from tonight's episode was the return of King Robert's bastard son Gendry. Not only did he turn up at King's Landing, but Davos took the young man back to Dragonstone where he introduced him to Jon Snow. Let's take a look at the best tweets from excited fans below:

Jon Is A True Targaryen?

While at the Citadel, Gilly was reading an old book and it appears that she could've confirmed that Jon Snow is a legitimate Targaryen. The young woman spoke of how Rhaegar had an annulment from his first wife and that he married at a later time in Dorne. This allows for the possibility that he married Lyanna Stark, who we know to be Jon's birth mother. If this is the case, then it confirms that Jon is a true born Targaryen. As you can imagine, the internet went crazy. Check out the best reactions below:

There are only two episodes of Game Of Thrones episodes left this season and with Daenerys fighting to take back the Seven Kingdoms while Jon Snow is preparing for war with the white Walkers, the final two episodes of Thrones Season 7 will no doubt be the best yet! We can't wait to see what the internet has to say then, that's for sure!

Game Of Thrones airs Sundays on HBO.
