It's been less than a week since Game of Thrones Season 7 premiered, and we already have a glimpse at the rest of the season. At San Diego Comic-Con, HBO dropped a new teaser for the episodes ahead — and it's one hell of a sneak peek.

Check out the trailer for Game Of Thrones below:

The preview kicks off with Daenerys claiming that she was born to rule the Seven Kingdoms — but its current ruler Cersei Lannister isn't going down without a fight. In the meantime, up North, Jon Snow is looking to form an alliance with Danaerys. Jon is well-aware of the fact that her dragons will help them battle the White Walkers. However, would Daenerys want to form an alliance with the King of the North? Melisandre could prove to be the key to that. She tells Daenerys that she and "another" (possibly Targaryen) has a role to play. Could she be referring to Jon Snow?

The trailer is definitely setting up a Daenerys versus Cersei showdown for the Iron Throne — with many battles to be waged. As Petyr Baelish says, “Every possible series of events is happening all at once."

This is the first time that Game Of Thrones had a panel at SDCC while a season is still airing. In previous years, they didn't start filming for the next season by the time SDCC rolled in. However, with Season 7 of Game Of Thrones being delayed this time around, the cast brought some new footage along with them.

We don't know how the rest of Season 7 will unfold, but we are a little less in the dark now. One thing's for sure: huge things will come out of Daenerys meeting Melisandre.
