It looks like we're in for a good few years of giant, rampaging monsters, and I'm cool with that. The scaly mega-beast stomping chaos across town has a new movie coming out: yes, is back in business with a retro new titled revealed: Godzilla: King of the Monsters.

The last movie released under that name was the classic Toho movie in 1956, so it'll be cool to see how much Trick 'R Treat's Michael Dougherty will reference that movie in his direction of the Godzilla: King of the Monsters released on March 22, 2019.

Will Godzilla: King of the Monsters take an entirely different tack from 2016's Japanese production Godzilla: Resurgence?

If the new Godzilla movie isn't enough, rest assured that we'll eventually see the big reptile face off against another iconic mega-monster in Godzilla vs Kong on May 29, 2020. In the nearer future, February 23, 2018 will unleash Pacific Rim: Uprising on the world for more Kaiju action.
