While we wait for official news on the DCEU's Gotham City Sirens, fans of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy have another adventure that awaits us this fall. Entertainment Weekly has revealed that the fan-favorite girlfriends will collide with Betty and Veronica in a six-issue comic, Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica. According to EW:

The new series will find them pitting their girl power against Riverdale’s most famous pair. When a proposal emerges to drain the wetlands between Gotham and Riverdale, Ivy sticks up for her beloved fauna by enlisting Harley to kidnap valuable heiress Veronica Lodge and her best friend, Betty. Chaos, you may assume, ensues.

Behind this series is the ultimate dream team: co-creator Paul Dini and curator of the Love Is Love anthology, Marc Andreyko, will handle the writing duties. And on interior art, Laura Braga (DC Bombshells), with Amanda Conner and Adam Hughes on covers.

Besides creating Harley, Dini also made the character's flirtatious nature with canon in Batman: The Animated Series. Dini shares his excitement about the upcoming crossover:

“It’s the sort of offer you scream out ‘YES!’ to before your eyes reach the middle of the email. I’ve always wanted the chance to play in Riverdale and to help Harley and Ivy invade it is a dream come true. Marc’s a great talent and a good friend. Writing this series with him has been like sitting on the lawn during summer vacation and reading a big pile of DC and Archie comics. Except we have to stay indoors and type a lot."

This crossover is a fun way to boost both and The CW's new teen drama, , which will receive a second season in 2018. Since Harley, Ivy, Betty and Veronica are at the height of their popularity, this comic isn't one to miss.

Harley & Ivy Meet Betty & Veronica #1 is set to hit comic stores on October 4.
