's robot explode-a-thon Transformers: Age of Extinction might be closer to getting an official title, after MarkMonitor, the registrar for the Transformers 4 official website, registered a handful of domain names that could be possible titles for the sequel.

Thanks to some super snooping by the guys over at Fusible, the movie could be called Transformers: Last Stand, Transformers: Apocalypse or Transformers: Future Cast.

Personally I was hoping for something more nominative deterministic, such as Transformers: Rise of the Unnecessary Explosions at Sunset, or Transformers: The Objectification of Women in Promoting a Children's Toy, but I suppose they don't quite have the same ring to it.

There were whispers a while back that the movie was going to be called Transformers: The Rise of Galvatron, but this was rejected out of hand by Bay. However, the fact that these three titles have been registered as domain names suggests that they could be the real deal.

What do you think about these potential titles? Could you come up with something better? Use the comment section below and get creative.
