  • Four horror movies made over 50 million dollars, as opposed to only two last year.
  • 25% were sequels
  • 68% were R-Rated (up from only 50% last year).
  • Only two were foreign films: Train to Busan (Korean) and The Other Side of the Door (British/Indian).
