Ever since it was announced that Quicksilver will make an appearance in X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Marvel fans have been wondering whether or not director would have to change his plans for the character in The Avengers: Age Of Ultron. The weird, murky legal waters allow both Fox and Marvel to use the character. The main stipulation for Marvel is that they're unable to address how they're related to Magneto or use the word mutant. CraveOnline recently caught up with Whedon at the Saturn Awards and asked him about this mutant nerd conundrum, as well as whether or not he ever sticks it to Warner Bros. for failing to get Wonder Woman off of the ground. Take a look:

Main takeaway: Quicksilver (aka Pietro) and his sister, Scarlet Witch (aka Wanda), will be a huge part of The Avengers 2. Whedon is willfully ignoring director 's X-Men: Days of Future Past tweets.

Are you guys excited for Marvel's Phase 2 offerings? Honestly, I thought Iron Man 3 was one of the best action movies this year. Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and Rise of the Guardians have a lot to live up to.
