It's the holiday season, which means you probably can't stop eating treats lately. And you know who else can't stop eating treats? The dinosaurs of Jurassic World, except the treats are puny, defenseless humans.
There's just one problem: the dinos need those humans to save them from a second extinction, because Isla Nublar is going kaboom due to a volcano, as we saw in the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom teaser earlier this week. Now Universal has released the full trailer for the latest movie in the Jurassic Park franchise, and it looks pretty damn intense. Watch it below:
Raptor trainer Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard), last seen in 2015's Jurassic World, aren't too bitter about the whole almost-getting-killed thing, because they're headed back to the park to rescue their prehistoric friends. But you know who is potentially bitter? Dr. Ian Malcolm!
Jeff Goldblum doesn't sound like a fan of saving the dinosaurs, which makes sense considering his two near-death experiences 20 years ago. So is he the antagonist this time around, standing in Pratt and Howard's way? That would be a dino-sized twist.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, directed by J.A. Bayona and starring Pratt, Howard, Goldblum, Justice Smith, BD Wong, Daniella Pineda, Rafe Spall and James Cromwell, hits theaters on June 22, 2018.
