It's no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner sisters are basically the equivalent of American royalty, but have you ever wondered exactly which princess they would be if they lived in Disney's world of happily-ever-afters?

Kendall Jenner recently took to her App to reveal which House of Mouse princess is the most like each of her sisters, writing in a post:

"My sisters and I love Disney movies. We used to watch them all the time when Kylie and I were little. I never really thought about which princess I'm most like, until a friend recently told me that she's such a Mulan, lol. It got me thinking about which characters my sisters would be from the movies (and my own personal princess, of course).”

Kendall then went on to reveal each of her sisters characteristics and attributes alongside the princesses she thinks would suit them best. After admitting that she most related herself to The Princess and The Frog's Tiana, she also drew similarities between:

  • Kourtney and Jasmine from Aladdin
  • Kylie and Rapunzel from Tangled
  • Khloé and Belle from Beauty and the Beast
  • Kim as Ariel from The Little Mermaid

However, I've got to admit – now that Kendall has spoken – I think we can do better. Below is Movie Pilot's very own Disney princess/Kardashian fan casting, alongside a detailed explanation as to why:

1. Kim Kardashian As Jasmine

“[She’s] headstrong, confident, smart, brave, romantic, stubborn and caring.”

Considering the overwhelming amount of visual evidence that's out there, there's no arguing that Kim Kardashian is Jasmine from Aladdin. I mean, c'mon, the two ladies bear such a close resemblance to one another that Kimmy even dressed up as her once for Halloween.

And although Kendall likened Kim most to Ariel, her description also fits in superbly with the spirited Princess of Agrabah, way before Kanye swept in on his magic carpet and showed her a whole new world of motherhood.

2. Kourtney Kardashian As Meg

"Adventurous, intuitive, rebellious, intelligent, stubborn, caring [and] brave.”

If Kourtney Kardashian could be any Disney leading lady, it would definitely be the dynamic, hip-swaying Megara from Hercules. Oozing sass and confidence from every pore of her body, the eldest Kardashian sister is super fierce, isn't afraid to speak her mind and has absolutely no time to listen to anyone's bullshit:

3. Khloé Kardashian As Rapunzel

"Bold, beautiful, imaginative, brave, protective, kind, accepting, stubborn, curious, outspoken [and] independent.”

Although Kendall puts down Khloé for Belle from Beauty and the Beast (probably because she's written a book and all that), she's totally Rapunzel.

Alongside all of the characteristics above and the fact that she's the one with the brightest blonde locks right now, if anyone was to manage to escape from that high tower, KoKo would be the one to draw on her resources to do it. After all, she's a determined little lady — evidenced by all the hard work she put into getting that insanely fit bod over the past year.

4. Kendall Jenner As Cinderella

"Smart, determined, motivated, dutiful, hardworking, funny, humble [and] respectful."

Ignoring the fact that the princess sports a blonde lid in all of the adaptations, looking at her qualities she is basically the animated form of Kendall Jenner. Like Cinderella, the Kardashian Klan's resident tomboy has worked her way up from humble beginnings to the top of the high fashion food chain, where she now reigns supreme.

Ultimately, Kendall's miraculous bippity-boppity-boo transformation into one of the hottest supermodels of our generation was basically as breathtaking as when the Fairy Godmother worked her magic on Cinderella's rags. Oh and let's not forget her exquisite entrance to that ball – it has Kendall's jaw-dropping Victoria's Secret moment written all over it:

5. Kylie Jenner As Ariel

"Feisty, energetic, defiant, courageous, confident [and] kind."

As one of the youngest Disney princesses, Ariel is the epitome of Kylie. Like the princess, she always sports a bold hair color and is obsessed with collecting cute things (mainly dogs), mirroring the Disney princess's love of precious thingamabobs.

Although Kendall might think that her sister most resembles Rapunzel from Tangled, we think she's far more suited to The Little Mermaid. To top it all off, Kylie spends 70 percent of her time at the beach in the summer so she legit belongs 'Under the Sea:'

Bonus: Kris Jenner As Maleficent

Okay, though she's not technically a Disney princess, we can definitely draw parallels between momager Kris Jenner and Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty (although admittedly she's more relatable to the version brought to life by Angelina Jolie in the 2014 blockbuster.) Like the fairy, the Kardashian matriarch is often misinterpreted for a money-grabbing businesswoman when all she wants to do is look out for her kids and gently help them along.

A fierce protector of her realm, the fairy is a complicated character that exercises control over everyone around her. She's even got her trusty minion (Corey Gamble) always by her side, and the exquisitely high cheekbones to match.

Do you agree with these Kardashian-Jenner Disney princesses?
