We've long known that the upcoming series of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will heavily focus on Kim's harrowing ordeal in Paris in October 2016 — a terrifying incident that left her bound and gagged in the bath as robbers made off with $10 million worth of jewelry.
Five months on, and although the reality TV star's psychological scars are gradually healing, she's still very shaken up by the life-threatening robbery as the most recent KUWTK sneak peak has shown.
A snippet of the show, which premiered in the US on Sunday, sees Kim Kardashian talking to her sisters about what happened in that hotel room. In a previous preview, she had revealed that the robbers had held a gun up to her and she feared they were going to shoot her in the head — now, we saw her adding to that horrifying story:
"They dragged me out on to the hallway on top of the stairs. That's when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs."

Speaking to sisters Kourtney and Khloe, Kim went on to describe having to make a decision on whether to make a run for it and risk being shot down dead:
"I was like; 'I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision,' she said. 'Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back?' It makes me so upset to think about it. Either they're going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don't, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I'm f*****. There's no way out."
