Who can blame poor KStew for looking like a bag of nerves as she made her way to the Chanel offices in Paris yesterday. Hell, if I was heading to the lair of an evil leather glove wearing overlord who spends his days stroking a white fluffy cat, I would be too.

No wonder Kristen Stewart looks nervous...

The Equals star is all set to be the figurehead of the Chanel Métiers d'Art Paris‐Dallas collection and she was spotted leaving her flight and making a beeline for 's lair at the Chanel headquarters.

If I was I would have made a bit more of an effort. I've heard that Lagerfeld devours casually dressed souls for breakfast and then bleaches their hair to spin it into tasteful wigs.

At least Kristen had her friends around for some moral support!

It would take a lot more than lofty Lagerfeld to make KStew lean away from her signature grunge style. The star recently told The Cut;

When I’m not working, I have a really basic regimen. I don’t think too much about my clothes [gesturing]. I don’t wear a lot of makeup. I’m always striving to get to the point where I look like I’ve woken up in the last hour. You know that look you get when you’re fresh-faced? You’re a little puffy but looking really good? That’s what I like

One things for sure, that definitely isn't the sort of thing Lagerfeld is into! The controversial designer has previously faced legal action for his comments about slightly, ahem, 'puffy' people and his attitude to casual clothing is as follows;

Sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life so you bought some sweatpants

Luckily the rebellious KStew doesn't give a damn. Good luck Kristen!
