Almost two years ago now, our beloved Twilight thesp Kristen Stewart was caught cheating on long-term lover and co-star Robert Pattinson with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders...and apparently, people just cannot forget it.
The actress - who has just bagged herself the "face of Chanel" title - looks unbelievable on the March 2014 cover of Marie Claire, but for some depressing reason, most of the interview focuses on the one scandal that everyone refuses to let go of.
But, not one to let the media get to her, KStew talked about being judged about the affair as a peril of fame, revealing to the mag that:
I stand by every mistake I've ever made. So judge away.
Okay, so I'm not advocating lies and cheating, by any stretch of the imagination. But, when there's a limitless list of famous male slebs who get away with all kinds of abuse and bad behavior, I don't get why Kristen Stewart is persecuted so much for having one made one mistake in her private life. Isn't Rupert Sanders - being the married father - arguably more at fault, anyway?
What do you guys think about Kristen's words? Should the media just stop trying to make the girl out to be a home-wrecker, or is the actress finally receiving her just desserts? Let me know what you guys think in the comment section below!
