On July 13, 2013, Cory Monteith - best known as Finn Hudson from Glee - tragically passed away due to a drug overdose. At the time of his death, he and his #Glee co-star Lea Michele were dating. Now, four years after the tragedy, Michele took to Instagram to share a touching tribute to the actor with her four million followers:
The post was not captioned but across the frame "Bleeker St." and "2012" were written. Even though the pair had only been dating for a year prior to Cory's passing, the actors shared a strong bond and Lea has proven it ever since his death. During an interview with Ellen in 2013, she had this to say about him:
"I literally lived every day of my life feeling like the luckiest girl in the whole world. I just thought he was the greatest man."
But she made it more permanent when, in April of 2016, she got a tattoo to pay tribute to the late actor, which she also shared through Instagram:
The caption read:
"And one more... for my Quarterback."

Losing someone you love is incredibly difficult and can impact your life for years after, so hopefully she's dealing with it well. Even though she's reportedly dating Robert Buckley of #iZombie now, it's sweet to see she still keeps the memory of Cory alive and keeps reminding the world of what a phenomenal guy he was.
