Remember when the only way to play with Lego was to get that massive crate of random bricks down from the cupboard and actually physically pick up the stuff?

Well, that's now a thing of the past. Lego has gone digital! In the run-up to The LEGO Movie's release, Lego have released a new online game which lets you create your own SigFig (which is apparently what little Lego dudes are called now). Give it a whirl by clicking this link, but beware it features perhaps the most annoying music I think I've ever heard...

Apparently once you've completed your little yellow brick guy (yep, because apparently Lego men are all racially homogeneous...) you can use him to create wallpapers and even save it for a potential download in a Lego video game.

What do you think? Are you excited to see a Lego movie, or would you rather the memories stay in your childhood? Let us know below.
