To avoid fainting, keep repeating 'It's only a movie...It's only a movie...'

We heard some terrible news this week. Sadly, Star Trek star Leonard Nimoy was diagnosed with a potentially deadly lung condition.

However, the great actor, with all the bravery and kindness of his character, Mr Spock, wasn't about to let his health get him down, instead taking to Twitter to help inspire others to make a positive change.

Fans all over the world poured out love and support. We were so relieved when he let us know he's doing OK.

In 2013 alone 480,000 people in the USA died from the long term effects of smoking. It's still the number one cause of preventable death in our country.

This is why Leonard Nimoy's story is not just moving, but has to be passed on.

Don't let his words be in vain. Pass his message on.
