An 'interesting' scoop has just emerged out of the internet ether. According to the unofficial Man of Steel Fan Page, 'lights' have been spotted in the sky around a farm in Yorkville, Illinois.

Now, I know what you're thinking. 1) Does this mean an alien invasion and 2) What does this have to do with Man of Steel? Well, I can certainly answer your second query. The farm in Yorkville was used as a location for 's Man of Steel, doubling as the Kent's farm.

The lights around this location have led to speculation that the Man of Steel sequel/Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, may be once again filming scenes at the Kent farm. Check out a picture (which shows very little) below:

Originally, the set at Yorkville Patch was dismantled after Man of Steel wrapped, however according to the Fan Page, the production team had always expected to return to the location for a potential sequel.

Further sources have confirmed that the 'lights in the sky' are part of a movie production, but they cannot ascertain for certain whether it is for Batman vs. Superman, or an unknown production. However, with Warner Bros being so secretive with their production information, I wouldn't be surprised if the big guys have returned to shoot scenes for the sequel.

What do you think? Could this mean Superman (or someone else) will be dropping by to visit Martha Kent? How about the arrival of more Kyptonians? Tell us what you think below.
