You're in luck if zombified, murderous pets are your thing: Paramount are remaking Pet Sematary. Even better, they've bagged horror director (28 Weeks Later) to helm the project.

Pet Sematary was always one of my favorite adaptations. It's not one of the greats like The Shining, Misery or Carrie, but it's a gem of the 'great fun' camp, alongside Cujo and Tommyknockers. Also, Pet Sematary lends its name to a really great Ramones song, so it will forever hold a place in my heart.

The new reboot will be penned by Matthew Greenberg and , who both have previous experience on Stephen King adaptations. Do you think that it's a good idea to revisit the Native American burial ground and drag the beloved pets from the cold ground once again? Let us know below.
