Caution: Logan spoilers ahead!
If you're lucky enough to have seen the absolutely incredible Logan, then you may have noticed a few familiar faces— and not just the ones getting speared by adamantium claws.
Apart from two very recognizable X-Men, #Logan actually features a fairly minimal cast. But after recovering from the shock of all that intense gore, you might just find yourself scratching your head over where you've seen the Logan cast before.
Thankfully, you need wonder no more! Here's some of their earlier roles before Logan, and the roles you may recognize them from:
10. Hugh Jackman (Logan)
Obviously anyone watching Logan is aware of Hugh Jackman's acting career— especially his long-running role as Wolverine. Aside from X-Men, Jackman's other notable roles include The Prestige, Les Misérables and Australia.
But what you may not know about Jackman is that he's quite the stage sensation. He's spent a large amount of his time in the theatre, taking the Australian musical The Boy From Oz to Broadway. He's performed in a number of other stage productions, including his own Broadway music concerts.
9. Patrick Stewart (Professor X)
Patrick Stewart is somewhat of a sci-fi veteran. He's played Charles Xavier in seven X-Men films, and was Star Trek's Captain Jean-Luc Picard since 1987. Like Jackman, he's also an avid lover of the theatre; in fact, he's performed in over 60 shows by The Royal Shakespeare Company, including Hamlet and Macbeth.
But when he's not reciting Shakespeare or appeasing his loyal fanbase of sci-fi fanatics, he's lending his smooth, British voice to films of a rather different nature. His voice work includes Studio Ghibli's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind; Bambi II; the narration for both Ted and Ted II; and even the upcoming Emoji Movie— where he'll be the voice of the poop emoji.
Say what you will about Patrick Stewart, but he's definitely not predictable— and his incredibly diverse filmography can attest to that.

8. Dafne Keen (Laura/X-23)
She's a relative newcomer to the screen, but Logan isn't her first foray into acting. Dafne Keen also played a time-traveling refugee from the future in the sci-fi thriller series The Refugees. Check her out in the trailer below:
7. Boyd Holbrook (Donald Pierce)
A former model, Boyd Holbrook has now turned his attention to acting, appearing in a number of films. He's starred alongside Liam Neeson in A Walk Among the Tombstones, and played the object of desire for both Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen in the coming-of-age film Very Good Girls.
You might also recognize him for his role in Milk, and more recently, Gone Girl and Little Accidents. As for TV, he's best known as Steve Murphy in Narcos.
6. Stephen Merchant (Caliban)
When he's not swaddled up under the hot desert sun, Stephen Merchant can be found hanging out with good friend and frequent collaborator Ricky Gervais. The pair have worked together on a number of British TV series, including The Office, An Idiot Abroad and Extras.
Despite its dramatic narrative, Merchant definitely served as the comedic relief in Logan— which is fitting, considering his experience in comedies. He's appeared in Hall Pass, The Invention of Lying, I Give It a Year and even Tooth Fairy, to name a few.
5. Richard E. Grant (Zander Rice)
An incredibly accomplished actor, Richard E. Grant has played a wide variety of characters in both film and television. His first big role was the critically acclaimed Withnail and I, which achieved cult status. He went on to star in Bram Stoker's Dracula, and kept with the gothic theme in both The Little Vampire and even Tim Burton's Corpse Bride.
He also played Jessa's rehab buddy, Jasper, in Season 3 of Girls, and recently had a brief role in Season 6 of Game of Thrones.
4. Eriq La Salle (Will)
If you're a fan of eighties comedy then you'll no doubt have recognized Eriq La Salle. While he recently starred in Under the Dome before shifting his focus has been to directing, his most iconic part was alongside Eddie Murphy in the 1988 classic Coming to America. Check him out as Darryl Jenkins in this memorable scene:
3. Elise Neal (Kathryn)
She may play a kind housewife in Logan, but Elise Neal has portrayed a wide array of characters during her career. She played Yevette in the Academy Award-winning Hustle and Flow; appeared alongside Adrien Brody and Lauryn Hill in Restaurant; and even met her demise at the end of a bloody knife in Scream 2.
2. Elizabeth Rodriguez (Gabriela)
Logan isn't Elizabeth Rodriguez's first time playing a medical professional— she played the no-nonsense nursing student Liza in Season 1 of Fear the Walking Dead. As for films, she worked alongside 50 Cent and Ray Liotta in All Things Fall Apart, and played a detective in the 2006 action thriller Miami Vice.
You might also recognize her from Orange is the New Black, where she played inmate Aleida Diaz.
1. Dave Davis (Convenience Store Clerk)
Dave Davis has had a number of small roles before Logan, including a cameo in True Detective. However, Walking Dead fans may remember his brief appearance in Season 3 as Gargulio— or "Neil", as Merle preferred to call him:
