's Gravity was not only one of the most optically mesmerizing and convincing space experiences in recent cinematic history, it was also one of the few flicks around that used fancy VFX technology to secure it as a heavy favorite at the box office.

In the video below, we get to see behind-the-scenes of the production house behind it all, Prime Focus World, and their creative director Richard Baker explaining how one of the movie's pivotal scenes was shot and how they managed to convey the expanse that relentlessly threatened to destroy and .
