The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 has been snubbed by another awards ceremony. After receiving a grand total of zero nominations at the Oscars (what an injustice!), the concluding movie to the (insert own positive/negative adjective here) vampire opus has garnered just one (one!) nomination for the upcoming MTV Movie Awards.

The previous four Twilight movies had all won awards for Best Kiss and Best Movie, whereas this year its solitary nomination goes to in the hard-hitting category Best Shirtless Performance.

The award season wasn't a complete disaster for the movie, though, since it won seven awards at this year's Razzies. There's also the small matter of its $812 million worldwide box office takings and its legion of Twi-hards spread across the globe.

Django Unchained and Ted lead the pack at the MTV Movie Awards, garnering seven nominations each, while Silver Linings Playbook is also in the hunt for glory with a more than respectable six nominations.

To get the full list of nominees head over to MTV. The ceremony will be held April 14th.
