Jon Heder, who played titular character Napoleon Dynamite in the 2004 film, has joined the upcoming FOX series Here's Your Damn Family.
This will be one of relatively few TV roles has had since Dynamite, appearing only on one episode of My Name is Earl, as well as some voiceovers and the Napoleon Dynamite animated series - although his film work is more extensive.
Heder, famously, was paid only $1000 to appear in his breakthrough film, which went on to gross over $45 million.
Here's Your Damn Family sees Heder playing a layabout 30-something, still living at his mom's house. But when his mom moves in her new boyfriend and his three kids, Heder's do-nothing existence is threatened.
