In case you were in any doubt about Breaking Bad's greatness, I implore you to cast your gaze towards the new trailer for Season 5. As enigmatic as it is poetic, the teaser clip features the gravely tones of Walter White, with Albuquerque majestically framed in the background.

Go ahead and bathe in its splendor

The prose that Walter White recites in the trailer is the poem Ozymandias by Perce Shelley, about a once-proud king immortalized by a statue with the inscription “My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: / Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!" But now the king is long dead and all that remains is the decaying ruin of the statue and the "lone and level sands,” which stretch out around it.

Is this a portent of what is to come for Walter White? Will the empire that he's built turn to dust, leaving nothing behind but his abandoned corpse and his hat, a slowly decaying monument to one man's hubris? His name is Heisenberg, king of kings. Look on his works, ye Mighty, and despair!

Like I said, best show on TV.

Breaking Bad returns Sunday, August 11th on AMC.
