San Francisco should be the city of tech and innovation, but in genre movies it's repeatedly ground zero for some pretty terrible stuff. From general destruction in Star Trek to downright human enslavement in Terminator Salvation, it shows that the dot com bubble can burst in so many horrendous ways. But leave it to the nuclear OG, Godzilla, to show a tectonic plate or cybernetic living organism what's up. This is how you destroy San Francisco. Thank you, Godzilla.
