A long time ago in a galaxy far, far, away —actually, it was last Friday on Earth— when Star Wars fans were able to get their hands on all kinds of merchandise inspired by the upcoming sequel to 2015's massively successful Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. The merch released over the weekend revealed new details about the plot for the new chapter, The Last Jedi.

It turns out we were also gifted new images from an artist, Brian Rood, who was commissioned by Lucasfilm to create these incredible renditions of characters from the film. Have a look.

We have ourselves some great new glimpes at the powerful Force-sensitive twins, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, looking very regal and stoic, giving us hope for them having a larger role to play this time around.

Rey is drawn in a scene similar to what we've seen in the teasers so far, but we got a brand new look at Oscar Isaac's Poe Dameron, possibly preparing for battle against the First Order?

Finn appears angry, possibly determined to get payback on Kylo Ren. Speaking of whom, we see a helmet-less Kylo Ren sporting his scar as he uses the Force. Fnishing his training with Supreme Leader Snoke perhaps?

So many questions, but we still only have 100 days left before the Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15th and we get some answers. Who's excited to get sucked back into hyperspace and see what the guys at Disney and Lucasfilm have cooking for us?
