In the glory days of exploitation, films could (and often were) sold to audiences (and even low-rent studios) based on their titles and posters alone. Somehow Shawn Burkett's latest slasher film feels gloriously ripped from that era. Though not yet in production, the film's Facebook page reveals it's all-too-spectacular title...

Don't Fuck In The Woods

Good advice

Yup, that's what it's called. It's a great nod to the conventions of the slasher genre. It seems like such an easy trap to avoid, and yet swarm after swarm of horny teenagers somehow manage to disregard this warning and thus fall prey to an angry hillbilly with some sharp implement.

JoBlo has the scoop on the plot...

"A group of friends are going on a camping trip to celebrate graduating college. But once they enter the woods, the proverbial shit starts to hit the fan!"

The one concern of course, much like the era of exploitation, is that the attention-grabbing title will be all there is to the movie. Only time will tell.

Don't Fuck In The Woods is set to begin production in June.
