Horror movie buffs have surely been awaiting any new developments from 's upcoming horror flick, Crawl. They will wait no longer, as the Australian production, starring , and , just released a new clip.

The synopsis reads:

Set in an unknown rural town, a seedy bar-owner hires a mysterious hitman to settle a score. The gun-toting killer crosses paths with an innocent waitress sparking a cat and mouse struggle of survival. As tension builds, everyone is driven to desperate measures causing a chain of events that build to a blood-curdling climax.

There's not a lot to be gained from this clip other than that I'm no longer afraid of the killer, as he appears to be a mournful English butler who favors bolo ties. Still, I dig the Hitchcockian violin score and '70s slasher flick vibe. This could turn out to be terrible, or it could turn out to be one of those low-budget, underground gems that take everyone by surprise.
