Lionsgate's medical thriller, The Lazarus Effect, has landed two stellar leads in and . The movie is being directed by , who made the elegant and surprisingly good Jiro Dreams of Sushi. This film is way different than that effort -- it's about a couple of scientists who discover a serum that brings the dead back to life. When their daughter dies, it's pretty obvious what they do. Zombies! It's unknown as to whether this will be a straight up dead-come-back-to-life movie or if it'll be something more along the lines of the and movie, Splice.
