To avoid fainting, keep repeating 'It's only a movie...It's only a movie...'

The world of has been buzzing since he accidentally pushed his own security guard in L.A. on August 17. A source at Hollywood life commented:

He was grabbed at one point on his way out and he couldn’t see who did it with all the flashes...he flipped out for the split second.

Even the smallest shove is clearly out of character for R-Pattz, and fans will be relieved to know that the Twilight star is sorry for the mistake. The source added:

He feels bad but also knows he didn’t put much force into what he did. He is not worried about hurting anyone as it was more of a tap than a grab. If and when he is there again and sees the guy, he will apologize, but he is not going to make a separate trip to make up for it.

If you haven't watched the infamous video clip already, watch it below. It looks like a particularly horrendous circle of hell to me. Robert Pattinson is being shoved through a group of guys, all shouting at him, whilst being blinded by the flashes of paparazzi cameras. I don't think I'd quite realized how stressful this could be until I saw the video footage.

Whilst it's great that Rob is not condoning violence of any kind, it is not surprising that celebrities snap sometimes. This video is a clean version, but you can hear sneering onlookers giving Rob some pretty serious verbal abuse in other versions of the clip available on Youtube. Is it really right to hassle a person so much, then blame them when they give 'a tap' to someone they think is attacking them? Or is this just the price of fame?
