It's good to see that and appear to be stronger than ever after their break and subsequent recommitted relationship together. But are they strong enough to withstand gossip... and a prank that might have backfired on one of them?
A few days ago, the paparazzi lost its mind when K-Stew was spotted leaving an L.A. restaurant and getting into a car with a man who looked suspiciously like former affair partner Rupert Sanders.
As it turns out, the mystery man in the car was not the scandal-chased director, but merely a valet at the restaurant, and one Rob is friendly with. When Rob found out, he decided to have a little fun with it. He reportedly left Kristen a fake message about setting up an appointment with a local lie detector specialist and encouraged Kristen to go to the appointment to prove she wasn't lying about meeting up again with Sanders.
Said a source to The Sun:
He just laughed when someone showed him those pictures – he knows the valet well and thought he would have some fun by setting up a lie detector test then asking Kristen to take part. Luckily she saw the funny side of it. Kristen and Rob have been getting along brilliantly recently.
Rob is a lucky, lucky man, because that could have easily backfired on him and gotten him into a world of trouble with his leading lady, no?
