It's safe to say that between her performances in 's Atonement and Hanna and movies like The Lovely Bones, has given all of young Hollywood a run for their money in terms of talent. When her name was dropped as being a possible contender in ' Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens, it didn't really come as a surprise that fans of a galaxy far, far away were happy. She just has that look of a budding Jedi in training. We've all heard the rumors, but now we finally have confirmation from Ronan that she has auditioned for a role in the film. She then apparently added, "So has everyone else."

That's the first official confirmation we've had of anyone actually admitting that they've been a part of the film, aside from occasionally blabbing about her new Star Wars-approved exercise regimen. She didn't drop any other hints about the film, however, saying that bosses would, "Chop off her head with a lightsabre."

Who would you guys want Ronan to play in the movie? Chances are she'll nab the lead as Han Solo and Princess Leia's daughter.

I love this casting choice. Let me know how you feel on Twitter
