In FX's bikie drama Sons of Anarchy, Hellboy star plays the gun-slinging, motorcycle riding family linchpin Clay Morrow.

In a recent interview with A.V. Club, Perlman has revealed new insights into his tragic character when the Sons of Anarchy Season 6 returns September 11th, 2013, and briefly discusses whether or not death might be on the cards for the motorcyclist.

Perlman was careful not to reveal too much about the rest of the season, but offered us this:

I'm not going to lie; he's very uncomfortable to play. He has been uncomfortable to play since the fourth season when he started making these choices. Ultimately, it has led to his current situation, where he's a couple of inches from undone. I don't know where he's going because we're only in season six and Kurt [Sutter, the show's creator] is the only one who really knows where he's taking the show. All I know is that the place he's put Clay in right now is really uncomfortable.

And when asked about the possibility of his character kicking the bucket in Sons of Anarchy Season 6, Perlman revealed:

A lot of people have been bent one way or the other on that. I'm not going to weigh in on that; I'm happy to still be at large, I'll just put it that way.

In the Season 5 finale arc, Clay was kicked out of the gun-running biker gang and arrested for murder. There's a few cunning ways he could either extricate himself from that situation... Does he become more manipulative than ever? Is he more dangerous than ever, as a cornered big cat? Hope so!
