In preparation for the Chinese premiere of Spider-Man: Homecoming next month, Marvel has released several promotional posters featuring the web-slinging hero alongside famous landmarks throughout the country. From getting in line with the Terracotta Warriors to napping over the Great Wall, Spider-Man has certainly made his presence in China known.

The reboot was well received when it opened in the U.S. earlier this summer, but it has yet to hit China, one of the world's largest markets. If these thoughtful posters are any indication, Marvel is looking to increase Spidey's success in the Middle Kingdom.

You can check out Spider-Man, or, 蜘蛛侠 (Zhi Zhu Xia) in Mandarin, enjoying his Chinese adventure below, starting with his visit to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding:

Nothing like a relaxing raft ride down the Taohua River in Guilin after all that panda cuddling. Hopefully Spider-Man noticed that the famous Elephant Trunk Hill was behind him.
