The long-awaited Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer has finally arrived and it is epic! Perhaps the greatest part about the release of the trailer is that we get to see every character known to be in the film. Check out the trailer below:
Epic, right? We even get a glimpse of Zendaya's still undetermined character Michelle. That said, most of the attention was drawn to the horrifying portrayal of Vulture played by Michael Keaton. What many fans probably didn't notice was that yet another villain was shown in the #SpiderMan trailer.
In the picture above we see what clearly is Herman Schultz (Shocker) in action. He appears in a very blink-and-you-miss-it moment from the trailer. Also, on the left is who appears to Donald Glover, who is playing some sort of an accomplice. Still, it's cool to see that Donald Glover is in the film considering that he was a fan-hopeful for the role of Miles Morales someday. Shocker, on the other hand, will more than likely team up with Vulture at some point in the film. Why, do you ask? Well because of this next shot from the trailer:
Spider-Man And Iron Man Team Up
When the trailer had apparently leaked online over a week ago, many began to assume that the team-up is due to the fact that Vulture and Shocker had teamed up. In honesty, that sounds pretty solid to me. The only item that makes me a little cautious of saying a #Vulture and #Shocker team-up will happen is that Shocker is a small-time criminal. It's only on unusual occasions in the comics that we see him do anything on large scale. Although, it's still a major possibility. I guess we will have to wait and see what the future holds.
What do you think? Did you spot Shocker in the trailer? Let me know in the comments down below!
