I'm a good bowler, and a good man.

The Conjuring has proved to be one of Summer's surprise hits in the U.S, opening up to $41.5 million on its opening weekend - the BIGGEST ever for an R-rated horror film. Not just that - it's got the critics on its side, with an 86% Rotten Tomatoes ranking, a very high total for a genre that usually gets quite the bashing.

So, it's a veritable perfect storm, and the atmosphere is ripe for talk of a sequel. Lo and behold, The Conjuring 2 is on!

And at Comic- Con, (Lorainne Warren), told Bloody Disgusting that she wants to return, as does co-star ()! That means we have both paranormal investigators tapped for a return to 70's Rhode Island!

So where could we go in the next story? Here's a spoiler alert for those who haven't seen the first movie.

At the very end of The Conjuring Lorraine mentioned to Ed a rather spooky situation in Long Island - seen by many as an allusion to The Amityville Horror case. Could this be the next real-life famous case the filmmakers take on? It looks likely.

It's always good to see a breakout film in the midst of a summer season packed with sequels, reboots and remakes, and particularly in a genre that often aims at the same low denominator.

The Conjuring 2, I'm on board! Especially with our two main stars returning. How do you guys feel about the sequel?
