DC's Amazing Amazon won't be the only wonder woman kicking ass and taking names in a big-budget film this summer, because our favorite robots in disguise will be getting an infusion of girl power when Transformers: The Last Knight rolls into theaters everywhere June 23.

Paramount has released a new trailer primarily focusing on the upcoming film's young scrappy heroine, Izabella (played by Isabela Moner) and makes us want to "fight like a girl."

(Check out the new trailer in the video below.)

The Future Is Female

The trailer focuses on several of the young characters who find themselves in the middle of the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons as our new hero, Izabella breaks the fourth wall (Move over Deadpool!) telling us her story as a normal kid in school and how other students would tease her just because she's a girl. This is perfectly juxtaposed with shots of Izabella leading a group of young boys and fighting alongside her Autobot friends, placing herself in the center of the action.

She's a young hero unlike any we've seen in the live-action Transformers films so far, and the new trailer places her among other strong female characters who have assisted the Autobots in different incarnations including Miko Nakadai from Transformers Prime and Carly in the original Transformers animated series.

After all, it's not just anyone who stands in the way of Megatron and straight-up challenges him.

The trailer beautifully ends with Izabella saying, "Yeah, I fight like a girl, don't you?"

Hell yeah, we do.
