Awwwwww, snap. Do you know what's happening tomorrow? If you don't, and you're a fan of and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, then I'm about to blow your nerdy little mind, because tomorrow is day the trailer for The Hobbit 2 is officially being released. You know, the one where gets to go on with his badass self, hot off the huge success of Star Trek Into Darkness.

The sequel to the first of the Hobbit films picks up where the last one left off, with Bilbo Baggins (the perfectly-cast ) and Gandalf () having successfully escaped the Misty Mountains with their band of Dwarves, led by Thorin Oakenshield (). But things get considerably more complicated during a perilous trip through the Mirkwood Forest, with one less Gandalf but one more Ring...and Smaug, the ancient dragon. And nobody f**ks with a dragon.

As a lead-up to the trailer dropping, a new teaser poster has been released for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (or as we like to call it around these parts, 'The Hobbit 2'), and it's pretty badass in and of itself, featuring a solitary Bilbo at the doorway to the Lonely Mountain, the isolated lair that the dragon Smaug calls home.

Gorgeous. If there's one thing Jackson's entire cinematic Middle Earth has done, it's make an entire generation of humans sad that such places don't really exist. I fully expect the sets for 'The Hobbit 2' to be stunning, and I can't wait to see how eye-popping Smaug's lair, with its hoard of treasure, will be.

So let your eyeballs drink in this poster and then let them be amazed by the trailer dropping tomorrow, because we're not seeing 'The Hobbit 2' until it hits theaters on December 13th.
