The UK capital, London, has many things to offer the discernible traveler. There's that age-old institution of old folks living in a big rent-free house and waving at things (more commonly known a the Royal family), you can get a delicious and nutritious meal of fish'n'chips beautifully packaged in yesterday's newspaper and there's also a massive Ferris wheel where you can catch a glimpse of the sprawling city. If you still need more convincing to visit the city, then maybe this next piece of news can persuade you.

Lionsgate has announced that The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will have its world premiere in London on November 11th.

It's an interesting decision to host The Hunger Games: Catching Fire world premiere in the British capital and not the U.S. The first movie premiered in LA back in 2012, but perhaps due to its hugely successful overseas box office takings, where it raked in $283 million, Lionsgate has decided to take the show on the road and give something back to the overseas fans.

But fear not North Americans! You won't have to wait too long to get your fix of Katniss, as the movie is set to debut stateside 11 days later on November 22nd.
