I know a lot of you guys loved Scream 4, but I personally felt its the one entry in the franchise to truly show its age. Sure, the second and third film didn't live up to the original either, but the fourth installment felt like the softest reboot in horror history.

Speaking at the Zurich Film Festival, producer seems to be aware of this, saying that a fifth film rests in his brothers hands. "Everyone lived in Scream 4," he said. "I'm begging him to do the movie and just end it. We've milked that cow."

They may have milked good 'ol Bessie for all she's worth at the movies, but Weinstein also had some pretty interesting things to say about MTV's TV adaptation of the iconic franchise. Weinstein specifically said that there's going to be no overlap between MTV's take and 's series. Additionally, the show may be more like Teen Wolf than you think: says that the series "is supposed to represent a new beginning and also pursue a supernatural direction."

Would you guys want to see Ghostface be an actual ghost / werewolf / zombie / [enter your favorite supernatural villain]?

Let me know why you're scared or psyched for Scream on TV
