By now you've probably all seen that devastating sneak peek from The Walking Dead Season 7 premiere that AMC released during New York Comic Con. The 3 minute 35 second scene basically let us know that Rick survived the ordeal with Negan, but someone to his right side did not. Then as the scene ended, Rick was dragged into Negan's RV, and the camera panned down to the remainders of the unlucky soul who met Lucille.

But there, amongst the blood and guts splattered on the ground were several clues that were no doubt laid their by the clever Walking Dead crew. Basically the clues point at the victim being one of four different people to the right of Rick. Take another look at the scene and see if you can spot them:
Yeah, ok that was a bit hard to do, so instead let's chuck on some sunglasses and CSI the shit out of that final shot. YEEEEAHHH:
The blanket = Daryl
One of the big clues people are seizing on is the beige blanket strewn on the ground next to the victim. As you may remember Daryl had this blanket wrapped around his in the line up (Maggie's blanket was a different color and also had been discarded behind the line up), making him a prime suspect.
It could definitely be possible that Negan (or his men) ripped Daryl's blanket off him, threw it to the side and then proceeded to bash his brains. However, it's equally as likely that this is a red herring from the clever crew, purely to mess with us.

The camera angle = Abraham
As the camera pans down from focusing on Negan and Rick entering the door of the RV, it ends right above the messy remains of the victim. From looking at pictures of the line up it looks as though one character who was definitely standing in position for this perspective to line up was Abraham:
The image shows where Abe was kneeling, and I think you'll agree that the camera pans look to have come from exactly where would have been facing.
Did Negan kill Abraham?
The ring (?) = Maggie
The next theory has been doing the rounds online thanks to Redditor Mrpoofywaffle (great user name), who spotted something among the mess of guts on the ground. In the right hand side of the frame there appears to be something a little out of place, something which Mrpoofywaffle believes to be Maggie Greene's wedding ring.
When you take a look at Maggie's actual ring and compare it to what is seen in the guts, you got to admit that they look similar. But would Negan actually go as far to kill a sick, pregnant woman? Not to mention that if Maggie was killed by Negan, wouldn't Rick — who was sitting right next to her — be splattered with more blood than just a rouge splash across the cheek? So what else could the mystery ring-like object be? Well....
Did Negan kill Maggie?
The watch (?) = Glenn
Yep, I'm bringing this all back to Glenn Rhee, the same guy who's been Rick's right hand man since the very first episode when he contacted him on the walkie talkie. And then, who was literally at his right side when they suited up in the guts of a walker to escape the department store.
Ever since Season 2, Glenn has been in possession of Hershel Greene's pocket watch, and the watch even appears during the credits for the show. The shape of a watch even looks sort of like an enlarged diamond ring:
Could it be Glenn's pocket watch lying in the blood and guts, or is it actually just a piece of vertebra? Sorry, I know that was pretty grim to think about, but let's face it, the Season 7 premiere is about to bring us some extremely grim watching.
Did Negan kill Glenn?
