The Walking Dead's is returning to television and he's bringing a familiar face with him. The latest promo for upcoming gangster drama Mob City places front and center.

Mob City (previously known by the infinitely better titles of L.A. Noir and Lost Angels) is a new six-part series based on John Buntin's L.A. Noir: The Struggle for the Soul of America's Most Seductive City. This televisual retelling concentrates on Bernthal's character of Joe Teague, a LAPD mob cop on the pursuit of legendary gangster Mickey Cohen. Check out the promo below:

Despite the change in name, the show is still certainly giving off a noirish vibe, but then again, doesn't everything involving gangsters wearing trench coats and fedoras?. Darabont's leadership of The Walking Dead certainly delivered the best season (in my opinion), so I'm excited to see what he can deliver with Mob City.

You can catch it from December 4th at 10pm on TNT.
