In anticipation of next week's Season 7 finale of , AMC has released a sneak peek and it reveals Ezekiel on the march to war, which coincides with recent speculation that the "All Out War" event from the comics would somehow play into the finale. Check out the sneak peek below:

Sneak Peek Reveals Ezekiel Has Decided To Go To War With Negan

In the sneak peek, we can see Ezekiel is trying to convince Morgan to join him. At first, it's unclear what Ezekiel is talking about but then he asks Morgan to join him in fighting the Saviors. Ezekiel's alliance with the Hilltop and Alexandria would bring together the trio of communities that saw Negan stopped in the comics.

There have been elements of the comics sprinkled throughout Season 7, hinting at the "All Out War" event, and now that we have Ezekiel joining the fight, all the players in the war ready to do battle. To be clear, it was Ezekiel who united Alexandria, the Kingdom and Hilltop in their crusade against Negan in the comics. So, Ezekiel's move against Negan signifies the comics playing into the finale.

Apart from Ezekiel's march to war in the Season 7 finale, we can also see Carol standing beside him in the background, meaning she'll be joining the fight as well. Carol's inclusion is of interest because she attempted to leave her life with the Alexandrians behind, yet now she's been thrust back into the middle of a war and could wind up a casualty.

Robert Kirkman has said Carol is the one character he'd never kill off, so he may have been attempted to detract from Carol's shocking death. Still, Carol's death is unlikely at this point (unless, her death is the major character death expected to take place in the finale). Nonetheless, we'll have to wait until the finale premieres to determine whether or not Carol is destined for death.

The sneak peek into next week's season finale didn't reveal anything else but it's safe to say the Season 7 finale is going to be explosive to say the least.
