Warning: Possible spoilers for upcoming episode of The Walking Dead ahead, proceed with caution.

As Sunday's episode of The Walking Dead drew to a close we saw one of the most beloved characters of the series essentially signing her own death warrant. Locking Rosita outside the compound, Sasha may have saved her frenemy, but she certainly didn't save herself.

Now, in some newly released images from AMC, we may have learned what exactly happened to Sasha inside Negan's compound, and spoilers: it's not great. Take a look below to check out the new images for Episode 15, "Something They Need."

After all the time we spent watching Daryl stuck in a cell at Negan's base, the green walls have certainly become familiar and there's no mistaking Sasha as anything but a prison of Negan in this image. It looks as though the sharpshooter will be caught before she can carry out her mission to kill Negan, but what will happen to her now? Unfortunately it seems unlikely that Negan will show Sasha as much forgiveness as he did to Carl, and as comic book fans will know, there's a very different storyline that Sasha will probably end up carrying out.

Eugene and the Gremblygunk look pretty sad as they glance around the hallway outside a door labelled "dipshit training center," a label that's most probably the work of Negan. It seems as though Eugene might have found Sasha's cell (sorry for the nickname, Sasha), but could he finally be about to show his loyalty to Rick's crew or will he play the coward once again?

As seen in the sneak peek footage, during Episode 15 Maggie and Gregory have a tense discussion outside the walls of the Hilltop about the future of the community. While Gregory seems open to working alongside Maggie to make the Hilltop a thriving place, given everything we've seen of him to date, it would be silly of Maggie to trust him now.

Daryl in the woods

Much of Episode 15 will take place near the Oceanside community as Rick's group attempts to make contact in order to take some of their weapons to divide between themselves and Jadis. But this picture of a slightly uneasy Daryl leaves us wondering if that's such a good move after all.

The Walking Dead returns to AMC with Episode 15 on March 26.
