The Toronto International Film Festival has revealed a roster of over 90 pictures to help make the TIFF a massive movie event. There will be various programs, splitting movies up into genres to help film enthusiasts find what suits them best. Amongst the categories covered are Masters, Mavericks, Contemporary World Cinema and TIFF Docs.

The special Gala Presentations screen will reveal Words and Pictures, the -helmed romantic drama starring and as quarrelling teachers in an exclusive New England private school. 's Bright Days Ahead and 's Blood Ties will also be revealed on this screen.

Movie highlights will include 's Fading Gigolo, a comedy co-starring , and the -starring Lucky Them from director Megan Griffiths. 's Child of God will also receive its North American premiere, which looks set to be a popular reveal at the TIFF. Franco is pictured below taking his spot behind the camera.

TIFF Kids should be another exciting area, providing a space for the newest of new names, featuring Oskar Santos’ Zip and Zap and the Marble Gang, Ask Hasselbalch’s Antboy, Shilpa Ranade’s The World of Goopi and Bagha.

The TIFF looks set to stick to its promise that this is 'where Indie meets Epic.' Big names will happily co-exist with the more leftfield content to be found in the experimental cinema area, Wavelengths, always guaranteed to expand a few horizons.
