Not only do the Cullens refuse to drink human blood for the good of humanity in the Twilight saga, but the family also actually tries to give back to the community in real life.

It must have been tempting for them to take and extended break from meeting Twihards but, according to US Weekly, Twilight stars , , and were more than happy to reunite in California on Friday for a good cause.

The fantastic four spent the day at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles making the wishes of young fans in need come true.

Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, said of their visit:

When we were filming [Breaking Dawn] we went and gave our time at the Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge and it feels good to be able to give back... I know a lot of these kids are going through a hard time and anything you can do to put a smile on their face or make their day better, gives them positive energy and keep fighting the good fight to get better.

Rathbone, who's better known as Jasper Hale, also commented that:

We want them to just be in the moment and have them try to forget about anything that is bad.

The stars proceeded to take pictures with the kids, gave out signed DVDs of Breaking Dawn - Part 2, and talked to the families of the children in the hospital.

It's always nice when celebrities honestly try to share their good fortune and spread good karma. This calls for a celebration! The last Twilight movie just came out on DVD and Blu-ray, so pick up a copy and warm your heart.
