Bourne is back and will be arriving in a theater near you in 2015. Now when I say Bourne, I don't actually mean Jason Bourne himself, rather his less interesting but tough, drug-taking counterpart Aaron Cross (). Universal has announced that Bourne 5 (without Bourne remember) will be released August 14th, 2015, putting it in direct competition with The Smurfs 3.

Fast & Furious 6 helmer has jumped franchises and is on-board to direct, while is back on producer duty.

I don't have much more info about Bourne 5 to be honest. It's still unconfirmed (but highly unlikely) that will return and that's about all we've got to go on. I thought The Bourne Legacy was perfectly fine, but I'm not particularly excited about seeing another installment of the franchise. That could be just me though, so let me know in the comments below if you are stoked to be getting more Bourne action.
