The concept itself is neat, though, with the art department deciding to stick with both the video tape and skull elements, with the addition of faint images from the movie reflected in the strips of tape adding a nice touch.
The movie also revolves around a very cool concept, with it being told as an anthology of scenes helmed by a different director. And lest you think these are hacks working on this, V/H/S/2 has assembled a seriously talented line-up. Check it out: (whose viral campaign for upcoming You're Next is everywhere) and , co-writer of the first film. Other directors include (The Blair Witch Project), (creator of Freakylinks), Indonesian director (Macabre), (creator of the amazing The Raid: Redemption), and finally, (Hobo With a Shotgun) will get his own short. I mean, come ON, that's a great line-up of indie horror talent.

The sequel will be released on VOD on June 6th and will hit theaters on July 12th.
