Who would have thought that a sweet, blue-eyed little boy like Ivar would grow up to be such a bloodthirsty psycho? Well, maybe Aslaug. But she's gone, and now the rest of Kattegat have to deal with his immature crap on the daily.
It's not just his tantrums that are getting out of hand, either. After gleefully slaughtering a small group of his fellow vikings in England, he's got a taste for blood and is itching to find his next victim— and there's certainly no shortage of candidates.

Ivar's tendency towards erratic bouts of violence means that almost anyone could cop an unexpected axe to the head. But there are a few individuals on Vikings who have definitely made Ivar's list of potential victims. Here's a few characters who should definitely be watching their backs:
Let's start with the obvious. Lagertha murdered Ivar's beloved mother; A crime that Ivar will not be able to forgive. Granted, he's going to need to bide his time for a while. Killing Lagertha now means that he'll lose Björn's support in the war on Aelle, and he needs all the help he can get.
But that doesn't mean he's going to give up completely. After he's taken out Aelle, Ivar will probably turn his attention back to Lagertha. Will he fulfil the Seer's prophecy of Lagertha's death at the hands of one of Ragnar's sons?
Ivar already has it out for Margrethe. She's become his own personal victim, taking the full brunt of Ivar's cruelty whenever he pleases. Her marriage to Ubbe does put her in a safer position than before, but let's not forget what a psychopath Ivar is. Not to mention the potential consequences if he finds out that she helped Lagertha take over Kattegat, leading to his mother's death.
Astrid's already said that if Ivar wants to kill Lagertha, he'll have to go through her first. Not only would she be throwing herself in the line of fire if she tried to defend Lagertha, but she also helped her take control of Kattegat, which Ivar surely won't be able to overlook. Astrid may be Lagertha's protegé, but she's still a novice, and may not be able to defend herself against Ivar.
Much like Astrid, Torvi was key to Aslaug being overthrown. She helped plot the takeover from Kattegat, and in a way, betrayed her own people — and the Lothbroks — to help Lagertha get what she wanted. After all, Ivar has killed people over less.
Björn managed to stop his mother getting murdered once, but can he do it again? Ivar isn't going to give up that easily on his quest for revenge, which means he's either going to have to take out Björn first, or deal with him afterwards. And if he kills Torvi too, he'll definitely have one angry big brother to answer to.
But if Björn managed to take on a bear and a beserker, he'll surely be capable of kicking Ivar's butt. Will we be seeing a brother-versus-brother showdown?
The sibling rivalry between Ivar and Siggurd has been blatantly obvious since their childhood. And now that Aslaug's gone, Siggurd isn't making any attempt to keep quiet about his disdain for both Ivar and their neglectful late mother.
Ivar, on the other hand, isn't having any of it. He's already flung two axes in the general direction of Siggurd's head, and the next one might just hit its target. Watch out, Siggurd!
He killed Ragnar, and Ivar is already assembling a great army to come kick his ass. Need I say more?
According to the history books, Ivar murdered Aelle using the brutal blood eagle technique that we saw in Vikings Season 2. We might be seeing yet another brutal torture scene this season!
Ecbert thought he was in the clear after handing the King of Denmark over to Aelle, but he might have underestimated Ragnar. Having a night on the wine with a viking doesn't mean you're safe from being murdered by a raiding party of vengeful pagans. Ragnar explicitly told Ivar to make sure Ecbert was implicated in his death, and it's only a matter of time before he runs into Ivar again.
Let's be honest: not even Judith would shed a tear if this guy were to die. Ecbert is constantly sending him off on unimportant missions just to get rid of him, and he seems to be constantly underestimating the force of his viking enemies. It's no surprise Aelle married his daughter off to this guy.
Aethelwulf already views Ivar as nothing more than a helpless cripple, but he's in for a nasty surprise. He also had the absolute daylights beaten out of Ragnar when he returned to Wessex— an image that Ivar isn't going to forget.
There's no way to know if we'll actually ever see Magnus again. After Ragnar denied fathering him, Magnus was kicked out of Wessex and sent off into the world with nothing but a knife and the advice to tell literally everyone he encounters that he's the son of Ragnar Lothbrok— the kind of association that christians probably aren't going to appreciate.
But if Ivar were to find out that he himself isn't actually Ragnar's beloved youngest son, he might feel the need to find this bastard and eliminate him. Could Ivar run into Magnus during his return to England?
Do you think Ivar could be crossing a name off his hit list on the next episode of Vikings?
